With over 20 years of experience advising life sciences companies across all stages of development—from early formation through IPO and post-public growth—I bring a deep understanding of strategic financing and investor engagement within the biotechnology and broader life sciences sector.

Most recently, I served as Managing Director and Head of Biotechnology Investment Banking at Capital One Securities, where I led the global biotechnology investment banking and equity capital markets initiatives. I was responsible for originating and executing strategic and capital markets transactions, and for managing relationships with biotechnology clients across the sector.

I previously served as a Director and senior calling officer at BTIG, where I focused on advising biotech companies and institutional investors, identifying and structuring equity financing solutions tailored to the sector’s unique needs.

I am currently consulting for a private West Coast based oncology Co on strategic matters.
