• Worked with ESI (Enterprise Services Integration) team on numerous internal projects
• Audited Jira ticket process to ensure tickets are handled properly
• Created, populated, and filtered SQL tables in a database for Amazon Redshift
• Handled the transition of permissions bundles to an RBAC (role-based access control) model
