About
I'm a self-taught AI builder. I build AI-powered apps and automations from start to finish and keep them running smoothly. I've launched two live products with paying customers and built an AI outreach system for a law firm. I work with Lovable, Supabase, Stripe and Claude, and I explain technical work in plain language that non-technical clients can follow.
Experience
AI Automation Contractor - Lodmell & Lodmell (asset protection law firm) - Scottsdale, AZ
(2026-08 - 2026-10)
What it is: An AI system that helps the firm find and recruit estate-planning attorneys to refer clients into its national asset protection network. The agents find attorneys, check their contact details, research each one, draft personal letters and check them against the rules, then wait for the managing partner to approve before anything is sent. Used by the firm's managing partner and staff.
- Scoped, priced and contracted a paid pilot to recruit estate-planning attorneys into the firm's national referral network.
- Designed and pre-built eight AI agents for sourcing, verification, research, writing, validation, sending, reply handling and reporting.
- Built every agent in advance to follow legal guidelines: state bar rules on attorney outreach, contact-data privacy rules in California and Florida, and law-firm confidentiality. Each agent has written limits on what it is not allowed to do.
- Kept people in control: no agent acts on its own, every message needs the managing partner's written approval, there is a stop button, and every step is logged.
- Built the agent console in Lovable on Supabase, with a dashboard, approval queue and audit log.
- Wrote two security memos and reviewed the firm's own CRM prototype, sending back five product suggestions.
- Researched data sources, costs and email deliverability for the outreach.
Founder & Builder - SafeOrStolen (safeorstolen.com)
(2017)
What it is: A website that lets people check if a used item is stolen before they buy or sell it. Users enter a serial number, IMEI, VIN, license plate or a listing link from sites like Facebook Marketplace, eBay or OfferUp. The platform checks it against theft and blacklist records and gives a result plus a certificate showing they did their homework.
Used by buyers, sellers, pawn shops, resellers, repair shops and dealers, for phones, electronics, vehicles, bikes, tools, appliances, boats and firearms.
- Built and run a live platform that checks phones, vehicles, tools, bikes and online listings against theft records for buyers, sellers and businesses.
- Runs on Lovable, Supabase, Stripe, Claude and Grok, with Firecrawl and Jina pulling web data.
- Improved how Google and AI tools find and read the site, and submitted 276 pages to search engines through IndexNow.
- Built anti-hallucination safeguards so the AI never makes up a verification result.
- Built working relationships with law enforcement over time while developing the platform.
- Handle all customer support and pricing.
Founder & Builder - PinPoint Treasure (pinpointtreasure.com)
Live subscription product. What it is: An AI research platform for treasure hunting and prospecting. Users ask the AI about a location or a historical story, and it pulls terrain, LiDAR, geology, mine records, historic maps and old newspapers to show the most promising places to search and whether the story holds up, all before they head into the field. Used by new and professional prospectors, treasure hunters, metal detectorists and history and archaeology researchers.
- Launched a research tool with two paid Stripe plans and an AI assistant.
- Built the sign-up flow, AI chat and AI agent tools.
- Connected 14 public data sources: USGS 3DEP LiDAR and elevation, USGS historical topographic maps, USGS mine and mineral records (MRDS), USGS geochemistry (NGDB), OpenTopography, Bureau of Land Management records, National Register of Historic Places, National Hydrography Dataset, USDA soil data, Macrostrat geology, OpenStreetMap, Open-Meteo weather, Chronicling America historical newspapers and Library of Congress collections.
- Added a 3D terrain viewer with MapLibre.
