I’m an operations and project professional with 12+ years of experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in people-driven organizations. My background includes project coordination, process improvement, training and onboarding, talent recruitment, and high-volume communication across operations, programs, and leadership teams. I’ve led and supported teams ranging from small staff groups to organizations serving thousands, and I thrive in roles that sit at the intersection of people, process, and execution. Most recently, I served in an operations, training, and project coordination role at The Well Church, where I supported cross-functional initiatives, process improvement, onboarding, communication systems, and high-volume coordination for staff, volunteers, and families. Previously, at The Village Church, a large multi-campus organization serving thousands weekly, I supported leadership development, program coordination, standardized documentation, and large-scale trainings and events across departments. Earlier in my career, I worked with Sky Ranch Camps, recruiting, interviewing, training, and scheduling 200+ seasonal staff annually while coordinating multi-site programs and logistics.
Across these roles, I’ve consistently focused on organization, clear communication, process improvement, and supporting people and teams to do their work well.
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, with a focus on understanding human behavior, development, and motivation through both scientific study and applied leadership experience in Christian ministry.
