Coach in the NCAA environment, specializing in data-informed strength and conditioning, long term performance planning, athlete monitoring, applied epidemiology, and return-to-play strategies. Skilled in facility management, project management, and building collaborative teams to support athlete and organizational success.
I am currently an independent coach and consultant for numerous professional, semi-professional, and amateur athletes and sporting organizations. Previously, I served as the Head of Performance for a professional motorsport team competing in the NTT IndyCar Series. Additionally, I have experience as a Senior Performance Coach in the NCAA D1 environment overseeing strength and conditioning and sport science support for a variety of teams including women's indoor volleyball, track & field, softball, and baseball.
I obtained my master's degree in strength and conditioning from Edith Cowan University in Perth, WA, Australia. I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisville in Health and Human Performance. Additionally, I minored in Sport Administration at the University of Louisville.
