I am a chemical engineer with 13 years of extensive experience in production and operations within the manufacturing of powdered chemical products. My career includes five years of working in a cement manufacturing plant, where I was responsible for overseeing the quarry to raw grinding units. Additionally, I spent nine years in Saudi Arabia with a drilling chemical manufacturing company, where I contributed to the installation, commissioning, trial runs, and production of various powder drilling chemicals such as Barite, OPC, OPL, CCF, and Graphite.
I possess strong technical expertise in powder and mineral processing plants, with a deep understanding of the operations and production processes associated with these industries.
As the head of production units, I have developed a robust expertise in the technologies and machinery employed in the manufacturing of powdered and mineral processing chemicals. Throughout my career, I have successfully developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for powder processing plants.
Throughout my career, I have developed a strong skill set in chemical process engineering, continuous process improvement, production cost control, lean operations, Six Sigma methodologies, and ERP systems, all of which have been key to optimizing production processes and achieving cost-effective solutions. I have successfully led 24/7 production teams, ensuring high-quality standards, timely delivery, and adherence to strict safety and environmental regulations. My expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM), including JHA, PHA, PSSR, Hot and Cold Permits, has allowed me to consistently create and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
In addition to my technical expertise, I have honed leadership and team management skills that have enabled me to effectively plan and coordinate production schedules, manpower resources, and workflows.
