I’m a Mechanical Engineer with 7 years of experience in the project and production areas. I’m currently working as a mechanical/product engineer in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
I’ve had experience in different products such as (python, bluebeam, solidworks, autocad, VR, MicroVu, INSPEX, 3-D Printing, and OGP. All in all, helping our mission of effectively releasing a product that can potentially improve the lives of people/consumers with timely screenings for diseases and diagnosis of various cancers.
Responsibilities: Flowcell manufacturing, process development and assembly
Dimensional and mechanical measurements including data analysis and reporting
Surface metrology and characterization, component testing and quality checks, and visual inspection
Biocompatibility and materials compatibility testing
Sample preparation for external analysis
Component and subcomponent inventory management; shipping preparation and receiving
Developed data trackers for measurements that are outsourced and data/analysis we gather internally
Pressure and Leak Testing for complex consumable medical devices
Failure investigation process and MethodologiesSupport E-Chem testing of flowcells and counter electrodes for non-QC activities
Took on as the primary resource for evaluations or experiments that require this test method
R&R: Component evaluations and test methods development including metrology
Ownership of components failure analysis
Inventory management and materials transfer
Data analysis and reporting (dimensionals and functional test methods)
Supports design control and verification activities for varying sequencing projects

GD&T inspection results, relating to metrology software programming and calculation algorithms
Completed a GD&T inspection report which includes Method A conformance, Method B measured values, and Method C supplemental data as per the ASME Y14.45-2021 Standard
Bachelors of Science, Mechanical Engineering from California State University of Fresno
