As a key player in the development and management of healthcare facilities, this role encompasses the strategic identification of new business opportunities and the oversight of construction project management to create state-of-the-art medical spaces. This position involves collaboration with essential stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring optimal service delivery and the establishment of enduring partnerships.
▪Lead healthcare facility construction projects from inception to completion, focusing on class A medical spaces customized to specific service lines and ancillary services.
▪Collaborate with architects, general contractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are executed to the highest standards of quality.
▪Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
▪Drive the strategic identification of new business opportunities and revenue streams while optimizing existing services to generate revenue.
▪Consult with outpatient practices, physician partners, and pharmaceutical companies to develop specialized business plans and advance clinical workflows.
▪Foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships within a larger consortium of neurology practices.
▪Oversee the initial execution of programs in alignment with contract deliverables and timelines, ensuring high-quality services are rendered.
