I am currently looking for a courier position. I have been working over the past two years as a mystery shopper. In 2024 I completed over 160 assignments with 10 out of 10 accuracy. This was achieved with working with over 15 different companies. My responsibilities were to perform certain tasks as required by the guidelines set by their employer. This was accomplished by rating customer service, timeliness of service, appearance of retail stores clothing apparel or restocking shelves. All of these tasks were accomplished in a timely manner. Taking pictures of the locations and logging into GPS track was required when arriving at the location. Also, these interactions helped developed my communication skills as I would talk with the manager or sales person on site to accomplish the required task. Once the assignment was completed, I had to submit a summarized report of my assigned task within the designated due date.
