Deck Supervisor/ Customer Service Representative

I am currently a freshman in college majoring in Elementary education. I used to be a freelance ohot as well as an office assistant for a brain injury research company. I also worked seasonally for Schnepf Farms in good but specialized in Customer Service for almost a year. I currently work at Goldfish Swim School in Gilbert as a deck superviso, lifeguard, swim instructo, and front desk representativ focusing quite a bit on customer service.
I have worked in an office setting using digital filing and just office management. I organized information and helped prepare for future trainings. At Schnepf farms I was focused more on customer service working in Guest Services. Now at Goldfish I focus mostly on the pool deck managing day to day staff and dealing with customer satisfaction and student needs.
I graduated high school in 2022 and am now at Chandler-Gilbert Community College with plans of transferring to ASU this fall. I’m majoring in elementary education with a minor in digital photograph.
