I am a dedicated and results-oriented social service worker who has worked in the social service field for over 14 years. Holding a bachelor's degree in Integrated Health Studies with a concentration in health services, I have honed my behavioral and community health skills, with most of my work being field-based. With my current role at Akron Municipal Housing Authority, I have pivoted from fieldwork and geared more toward program coordinating for residents, where we partner with numerous community agencies on a large and introductory named scale.
To date, one of my biggest projects was being in charge of the COVID-19 vaccine clinics, which we partnered with Summit County Public Health. One of my other most notable projects centered around organizing AMHA's annual Pre-Thanksgiving Dinner, where we continue to partner with Cleveland Clinic, which has a current run time for the past four years.
I am currently a service coordinator for the elderly and disabled, planning and implementing the programming for the elderly/disabled buildings at Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority.
I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Public Administration, with a concentration in Non-Profit Leadership. I am on track to graduate in Spring 2026.
