I am a very versatile worker. I have been working for a plastics factory for over 6 years now. I am a person who is willing to learn and try anything to better my career and also help achieve greatness with the company I work for.
I started over 6 1/2 years ago as a production operator running an extruder and mill combo. Then I became the raw material buyer for our plant. This was very rewarding as I was able to learn SAP and to learn the buying process for raw materials, which I needed when I was in production.
Then I became an Account Specialist for Corporate. So, I was able to work closely with the customers and see what they expect from what they are buying. So, it is like I did a full circle of positions to see how everything comes together, to get the end product to the customer, and see how grateful they are.
I have enjoyed being able to gradually work in different areas of the company step by step. Now that we transitioned to a new company. I am an Account Specialist/Buyer so everything I have learned has helped me to where I am today.
And I am able to utilize all of my training effectively.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to manage customer accounts, overseeing the end-to-end order fulfillment process including inventory verification, logistics coordination, pricing accuracy, invoicing, and customer support.
●Serve as a key liaison for customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues while maintaining a deep understanding of product usage and customer-specific requirements.
●Partner daily with cross-functional teams including Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Inventory Planning, Logistics, and Plant Operations to ensure seamless execution of orders and material flow across the supply chain.
●Utilize SAP extensively to manage customer and order data, alongside tools such as Esker, Power BI, and internal cloud-based platforms for data analysis and workflow optimization.
●Monitor and manage Quality Notifications, ensuring timely progression through internal processes and proactive communication with customers.
