I have extensive experience in plaintiff-side trial and appellate tort litigation across state and federal courts in California and Oregon, the Ninth Circuit and the U.S.

Court, successfully managing a solo practice focused on high-stakes and impact tort cases, with a proven ability to craft effective legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients and bringing over 65 jury trials to verdict; handling every stage of the litigation. I was known for meticulous legal writing, exceptional analytical skills, and a consistent record of courtroom success. From 1981 to 2007, I served with distinction as a Judge Pro Tempore in California state courts and never reversed.

In 2007 I began breeding and training foundation performance quarter horses on my ranch in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. After retiring from active practice in 2013, I have served as a litigation assistant, bringing decades of strategic insight and hands-on trial experience to support complex legal matters.
