I have extensive experience in plaintiff-side trial and appellate tort litigation across state and federal courts in California and Oregon, the Ninth Circuit and the U.S.
Court, successfully managing a solo practice focused on high-stakes and impact tort cases, with a proven ability to craft effective legal strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients and bringing over 65 jury trials to verdict; handling every stage of the litigation. In 2007 I began breeding and training foundation performance quarter horses on my ranch in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.
