Owner at Ranch Rustic Company (2021-05 – Present)
Shortly after being laid off during covid, I started Ranch Rustic Co. The first 6 months were spent designing the product and experimenting with sales demand. Our first year was spent branding through wholesale and retail markets.
Selling $300k our first year. Through constantly perfected advertising campaigns, trade shows, and referrals, we have grown to over $650k in sales this last year in tables sales only, expanding delivery in most all US states. I'm looking to bring my ownership mentality, leadership, and over 20 years of sales experience to the right opportunity.
- High-end Custom Conference/Dining Table Company (Wholesale/Retail)
Regional Sales Manager at Builders Best Inc (2017-09 – 2021-04)
As the Regional Sales Director. I was responsible for the sales development and territory management of a newly added HVAC manufacturing plant in Las Vegas, NV. My west coast territory covered 16 states, 500 plus wholesalers and distributors, and just over 30 sales reps.
My time was spent building a team through hands-on leadership and consistent process sales training, to achieve sales goals set forth by ownership. CRM management was an important tool used daily to help manage opportunities and accountability. During my time there, we grew sales from 15 million to 22 million.
I was laid off during covid and the company was sold shortly after.
