My shift of operations was to ensure a safe work environment in the facility, insuring the all employees are present and being productive, working safe, flowing SOP, insuring the 3PL's, facilizing and meeting production quarters, participating of the daily inbound and outbound of freight, insuring that commodities and customers freight arrived in a timely manor, overseeing company software and systems functions and daily reports at beginning, during, and ending of shifts, trained associates on forklift operations, interviewing and or being involved in employee interviews, overseeing discipline and or corrective actions, interacting with customers request or demands, facilitated in live loads and unloads of truck drivers, reporting to higher up on daily functions protocols and procedures, insuring safeties procedures are followed within the facility.
