Sui Tial

I am an attorney with experience in civil litigation and immigration law. I am eager to continue expanding my skills in the legal field, and I am open to exploring a wide range of legal work to broaden my professional experience.

I have experience in working at a family/civil related law firms as a certified legal intern and as a paralegal. I had the opportunity to manage my own cases, interview clients, prepare affidavits, and file legal documents in court during my internship at the Pennsylvania Law Clinic. As a paralegal, I attended court hearings and engaged with community leaders to solve problems through legal advocacy.

I worked as a legal intern at an immigration law firm where I had the opportunity to draft and review various visa petitions for clients. I conducted legal research and prepared memoranda for supervising attorneys.

At Widener

Law, I took one of the most challenging courses called Intensive Trial Advocacy Program where we were trained by experienced trial attorneys and argued a case in front of a real judge.
