• Work with product management by providing ongoing feedback to enhance and improve the TmaxSoft product offering by analyzing the issues reported by customers in on going project.
• Extensive experience in doing POC for unsupported components in rehosting environment, Performance tuning of online/batch applications in OpenFrame and Microfocus rehosted environment.
• Having experience in pure mainframe Z/OS platform by developing and installing applications in Retail, Finance and Bank domains
• Actively engages in driving strategic initiatives, and the related goals, to ensure the most optimal outcome.
• Lead validation activities for the assigned sub-modules for all types of testing e.g. Functional, Integration, System, User acceptance testing
