Communicate with customers on any changes that need to be changed or corrected, and work with them on their priorities.
Using Net-Suite and excel, enter the orders into the ship build schedule and communicate with the floor supervisors and purchasing to order material and schedule the customer builds, to make sure they will be on time.
Communicate with the various subcontractors via email and phone, giving them their schedules to corroborate their product will have the needed delivery dates.
Work with accounting matching packing slips with Invoices to make certain we received everything we are invoiced for.
Assist in shipping with outgoing shipping documents to confirm the product on the truck matches the packing slip.
When receiving incoming product, verify the product received matches the packing slip. If it does not match, fill out a discrepancy report.
Additionally used Fed-Ex and UPS online shipping for shipping product.
