- Coordinate logistics with carriers, resolve logistical problems, and liaise with local warehouses
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and customer concerns

- Assisted the general manager to develop new markets for international trading, including steel products, electronics, and semi-conductors
- Represented Korean OEM companies in Turkiye, to help them find customers under the Samsung conglomerate
