I enjoy coordinating and working with subcontractors, owners, architects, and leadership teams, and take pride in clear communication and accountability. Whether I’m producing financial reports, managing field operations, or supporting executive leadership, I like knowing the full picture and staying ahead of potential issues.
Before focusing fully on construction management, I built a strong foundation in leadership and customer service through hospitality and residential construction roles. That experience shaped my ability to manage teams under pressure, solve problems quickly, and maintain strong relationships—skills I carry into every project today.

I began my career in construction management by progressively taking on greater responsibility across residential, commercial, and renovation projects. My experience spans field operations, project management, budgeting, scheduling, and executive support, allowing me to contribute at both the strategic and operational levels.
