Dental assistant/Oral surgery Assistant/Receptionist - Aspen Dental - Warrington, PA

Working at Aspen dental as a dental assistant/oral surgery assistant our daily duties involve bringing back & seating patients in the operatory following up with asking questions about their medical history & taking X-rays if needed for pre-op. We then get the patient all suited up for surgery or dental procedure with proper sterile technique. Then following doctors lead to begin anesthesia through IV sedation.

Or local anesthesia depending on what we have treatment planned for the patient. Then continuing on to the oral surgery procedures such as wisdom teeth removal extractions, full mouth extractions, single extractions, implant placements, open flap surgery, laser removal, botox, & more. As well as fillings, crown preps, denture steps, impressions, consults, exams, 3D scans & more.

Sterilization is also done throughout the day between each of the assistants or our sterilization team. Last but not least making sure each patient walks out with a smile. As well as working at the front desk our daily receptionist duties involve greeting all patients, scheduling patients, taking calls, collecting payments, entering insurance information & faxing any forms that need to be sent over.

Medication Technician/Caregiver - New seasons at New Britain - Chalfont, PA

As a certified medication technician and caregiver working with senior residents. I would help in assisting them with things they need. Such as taking their vitals, distributing medication, bathing, toileting, diapering, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and light house keeping.

Dietary Aide/Waitstaff - Chandler Hall Health Services - Newtown, PA

Working as a dietary server at chandler hall. I would serve & deliver/transport meals such as (breakfast, lunch, & dinner) in the main dining rooms as well as over to the rehab & hospice units. I would also take orders for all residents (visitors & family members also) and make trays for all nonverbal residents by reading the dietitian cards.

Then Distributing each meal (purée, mechanical, or regular consistency) throughout the day to each resident. Following up with bussing tables & clean up at the end of each meal. Most importantly showing the residents companionship , building a strong, reliable, and genuine bond was always a priority to ensure each resident of how much they matter to our community.
