Retail Manager / Web Developer

Long time retail worker, with previous work experience as a web developer/hobbyist. I love interacting with the general public, seeing and talking to people of all sorts of backgrounds, and hearing about their experiences. Outside of my recent retail experience, I also am a freelance/hobbyist web developer with some IT experience.
I have been an assistant manager at a retail location for the past year and a half, doing some web development on the side. My work experience leans more towards full manager due to the nature of the workload and environment.
Previous to being an assistant manager, I was a DevOps engineer for a year. I was hit by mass tech layoffs and my contract was not renewed.
Earlier than that, I worked other miscellaneous retail jobs and was also in college for a few semesters.
