I've been an Instructional Designer for 18 years dedicated to finding new and innovative ways to teach adults skills need to be successful in life. I started my career straight out of college at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC into my a career as a federal employee starting in the DoD for 13 years then moving on to the Federal Drug Administration working at The Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) that was later reorganized into the Human Foods Program (HFP) within the FDA, focusing on food safety and nutrition oversight.
