Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- assist with medication management
- Performs household services essential for resident care, including but not limited to: serving meals, dining assistance, clean up. Laundry, & Housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ Individual Service Plans & health status
- Support residents with mobility assistance and transfers
- Implement behavior management techniques for clients with specific needs
