Hello, my name is Terry. I have been working in professional sales for 8 years. I am looking at a career change into IT helpdesk work. I did tier 1 helpdesk work when I was in high school and college in the mid 00's. I have been through A+ certification program (I do not have an active certificate however would be willing to get that within a given timeframe). I enjoy building PCs in my spare time and help my family and friends with general computer knowledge.
8 years of Professional Sales and Management experience. Currently serving as a Commercial Account Manager. However, I have B2B sales experience in remote, hybrid and in office environments.
