Throughout my military career I learned how to transform my knowledge, skills, and abilities through extensive training, education, and experience into tangible results at my various positions at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. I would like to bring my background to your corporation to make an impact and contribute to the human resources team.

My resume’ and supporting documents highlight my professional background and demonstrate the breadth and depth of my different career paths while serving the U. S. Army in both enlisted and officer roles. I know what it means to lead while also being a good follower. I have an extensive background in many HR disciplines including benefits and entitlements, human resource information systems, employee relations and investigations, leadership development, onboarding and offboarding, people and performance management, recruiting and retention, talent acquisition and succession planning, government contract management, as well as workforce planning and strategic initiatives affecting enterprise operations.
