I have over 23 years experience in Human Resources, and excel in all areas including leave management, employee relations, benefits management, talent management, new hire onboarding and training, and compensation. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and pride myself on connecting and motivating employees and management. I am a quick learner and have immense knowledge of rules and regulation.
I have worked in all areas of HR and most enjoy connecting and assisting employees. In my last position I began as an HR Generalist, was promoted to the Employee Life Cycle Specialist in which I managed onboarding, leave of absence management, employee relations, payroll, employee survey engagement and exit interviews. I created quarterly metric and monthly reports on all departments in HR and presented to Sr management.
I was then promoted to Sr Employee Leaves Manager and handled all workers compensation, ADA management, and leave requests for a company with over 950 employees.
I have earned a Bachelor’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Plymouth State University
