Throughout this journey of small business F&B operations over the past 18 years, I have been a part of numerous fantastic companies with their roots based in fine coffee, cocktails, and food. I have actively surrounded myself with outstanding entrepreneurs and award winning hospitality professionals.
I strive to create lasting positive change in multiple industries, bringing great hospitality and environmental sustainability together as equal partners. Sales, operations, and kindness are a few areas of expertise. Impact above all else. My biggest desire is to leave a longstanding positive impact on the future of this earth.
I have worked in leadership roles for successful ice cream, coffee, and restaurant co's. I've helped with strategy, management, operations, sales, and service. I have started a couple of companies unsuccessfully, and learned lots of lessons along the way.
I have 6 years of college education in the arts. Most recently I have been studying renewable energy and business administration via distance learning.
