Ting-Chien Huang

As a computer science junior at Boston University, I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge in data analysis, artificial intelligence, cryptography, and software development to solve real-world problems. I am currently working as a course assistant for CS237 Probability in Computing, where I collaborate with the instructor to design and deliver instructional materials, assignments, and assessments and provide one-on-one guidance to students.

My academic and professional achievements demonstrate my commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration. I have received multiple Dean's Circle Academic Awards for my outstanding academic performance, and I have participated in several research and innovation projects, such as the Technology Innovative Fellow at Spark!@BU and the Research Assistant at the Cavendish Laboratory at the University of Cambridge. Through these experiences, I have gained valuable skills in data analysis, statistical methods, primary and secondary research, and project management.

I am an easy-going, responsible, sensible, and determined candidate who values learning, growth, and diversity. My goal is to become a software engineer who can create impactful and ethical solutions for society.
