Toni Ann Inserra

My current role is through Girl Scouts of Western Washington, I am a Community Development Manager. My role consist of many things, from administration to in person marketing. I find adults and youth that want to join the membership while maintaining a relationship with them to place them in the right area that is perfect for them. The administration side of the job is answering and sending emails, organizing , planning events, and connecting with the community.

My professional experience is diverse and varied. I’ve supervised coffee shops, owned my own makeup company, and used my cosmetology license to perform hair services. I’ve also worked in youth and outdoor education, administration, and as an executive assistant. This eclectic experience has made me adaptable, able to go with the flow, and skilled at problem-solving.

My most relevant education comes from life experiences. While I hold a high school diploma and have extensive experience in management, I’ve discovered that traveling and connecting with diverse individuals have been the most enlightening processes for me.
