I've been passionate about customer service from retail to corporate clients for more than fifteen years. I am also moving into the AI space to assist small businesses and corporate entities who are ready to go all in with this age of AI.

While living in Michigan, I worked as a department store manager within the women's apparel, and petites departments at Dayton Hudson. When Dayton Hudson bought Marshall Fields I transferred and was promoted as the linens manager, for Marshall Fields in Houston. I was the selling manager and customer service trainer.
