Family Pastor at Crossway Church (2018 – Present)

• Developed and implemented a comprehensive Family Ministry Scope and Sequence aligning all family discipleship efforts.
• Launched Crossway’s AWANA ministry, engaging children and families in Scripture memorization and faith development.
• Created a 66-week student discipleship devotional guiding students through the entire Bible, designed for long-term spiritual formation and daily application.
• Authored an Advent Family devotional designed to encourage family devotional time and bring in the true spirit of Christmas.
• Authored an Easter Family devotional that tells the story of Jesus from Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday.
• Created and led a Student Challenge Program encouraging Scripture memorization, devotional consistency, and active church participation.
• Oversees volunteer leadership, family outreach, and parent partnership initiatives to strengthen faith at home.

Associate Pastor of Student Ministries & Outreach at Seven Lakes Baptist Church (2011 – 2018)

• Expanded the AWANA program from fewer than 10 participants to over 85 annually, with 60+ weekly attendees.
• Launched Friday Night Live, a safe, evangelistic outreach for students in grades 6–12, leading many to faith in Christ.
• Led youth discipleship, developed a 20-week mentoring resource (“Paul & Timothy Discipleship”), and organized mission trips.
• Directed outreach events such as Block Party Ministry and Family Movie Nights, connecting the church with its community.
• Oversaw music ministry and worship leadership from 2011–2015.

• Planned and taught weekly youth services and activities.
