Inspired at a young age, I have been working in kitchens for over 18 years. I am hard working, goal focused, and a quick learner.

I have worked with a multitude of equipment, working every station regarding a kitchen, and have managed every restaraunt in some capacity in the past 10 years.

18 years of on the job training, working under many experienced kitchen managers and Chefs alike.
