I bring over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on employee relations, compliance, talent development, and full-cycle recruitment. I've served in both public and private sectors, including leadership roles as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant with Wake County and as an HR Specialist and Staffing Manager. My experience includes investigating workplace complaints, coaching managers, creating and enforcing policies, leading onboarding and orientation programs, and supporting organizational change initiatives.
I’m known for my ability to build trust, navigate complex employee issues with fairness, and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management, which has provided me with a strong foundation in organizational behavior, employment law, training and development, and strategic HR planning. My education has been instrumental in supporting my success across various HR leadership roles, particularly in employee relations, compliance, and talent development.
