SHIFT MANAGER at Mcdonald's (2021-02 – 2024-03)
- Complete Floor Plan and adjust any staffing issues
- Count money safe before and after shift to ensure the safe is balanced and deposit bags have not been tampered.
- Balance all drawers at the end of shift and complete cash deposits
- Answer company phone and address any questions or concerns customers may have
- provide customers with a quick and accurate service and help individual needs, both from behind the till as well as in the dining areas.
- Use a variety of cleaning utensils and chemical cleaning products along with the correct protective equipment.
BANK TELLER at Academy Bank (2024-03 – Present)
- Promotes banking products using direct sales techniques in and around the assigned banking center; that include handing out product brochures and engaging potential clients about banking needs.
- Opened checking and savings accounts, processes transactions, and recommends our bank products, including credit cards and loans.
- Maintain knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements; and Operations, Audit, and Security policies.
