Interim VP, Client Experience Manager August 2022 - December 2022
● Helped our clients manage their tax obligations through personalized banking solutions. Able to communicate and teach new hires on a fundamental level the tax implications and benefits of tax when it relates to banking, including complex IRA relationships, HSA's, 1099s, and Tax Witholding.
● Developed a deep understanding of Treasury solutions and billing procedures.
● Continued advancement of the CD campaign towards the next sales target of $200 million.
● Lead the Client Experience Team during adaptation of new products including a PLOC, CSTP Program, GLIA,
and CD Valet website.

Operations, BSA and Compliance.
● Worked with the compliance department to fine tune policies and procedures related to our deposit operations.

Provide knowledge, guidance, and strong leadership to the Client Experience team (this includes 3-6 Client
Support Associates). Back up the VP, Client Experience Manager. Forecast the needs of our clients. Analyze and change our procedures to evolve within the fast-paced banking industry. Manage and assess a strong risk management culture.
● Worked cross-functionally across the company to oversee the first half of a CD campaign to hit its sales target of $100 million within four months.
● Updated and streamlined 20 internal forms and documents which lead to increased productivity of the client team to allow quicker assistance in a fast-paced environment.
● Utilized data from PowerBI to assess the needs of our clients through analysis of cash flow, account inquiries, and client product usage. Helped translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
