Tyce Klingonsmith

I have been working in construction for 8 years. I specialize in luxury custom residential homes, but I have experience in multi-family housing, remodeling, and restorations as well. I have 4 years of experience operating my own carpentry company where I have managed 3-10 employees framing and siding homes. I am skilled in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and communicating. My favorite part of any job is working with people as a leader, teacher, colleague, and servant.

I learned handyman work as a teenager, and I started doing carpentry for custom homes full time in 2019. I started my own carpentry company in 2021. As a company owner, I have practiced working with clients, contractors, and employees. I treat every project as if it were my own, and I give it my best.

I studied math, physics, and budgeting at BYU-Idaho. I also practiced using Microsoft Office as student employee with the Research & Business Development Center. I completed architecture courses through The Academy of Art University in 2023 where I learned how to design projects, read drawings, and draft scalable drawings.
