• Worked with peers to create a clean and safe environment in the auditoriums, bathrooms, and concession area.
• Handled financial transactions for both ticket admissions and concessions.
• Helped customers navigate the theater while also answering any of their questions or concerns.

• Prepare and file legal documents for both upcoming and previous court cases.
• Organize documents through high-end security systems such as JANO Justice Systems.
• Provide court date information to callers, or forward them to the correct department.
• Identify dead case files and transport them off site.
