Executive Assistant to Pension Administrator

• Reports directly to the Pension Administrator to provide executive and administrative support.
• Serves as the liaison to the Board of Pension Trustees and committees; organizes and coordinates external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.
• Assists the Pension Administrator and Deputy Pension Administrator with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments, reconciling credit cards, composes and prepares correspondence, arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiles documents for meetings.
• Supports the Pension Administrator and Deputy Pension Administrator in their external commitments related to the Pension Office, including serving the Board of Pension Trustees, committees, and other groups.
• Assists in coordinating the agendas for the Board of Pension Trustees, committees, and internal section meetings.

• Takes Board of Pension Trustees and committee meeting minutes; follows up on assigned action items.
• Plans, assigns, reviews, and evaluates the work of subordinate clerical and secretarial staff; plans, coordinates and directs office activities; analyzes, recommends, and implements operating practices, policies, and procedures.
• Performs timekeeping, human resource management, ordering of office supplies, and other duties as assigned.

• Takes Board of Pension Trustees and committee meeting minutes; follows up on assigned action items.

I have an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science, awarded from Wilmington University in 2007. I have also taken over 40 State of Delaware Learning Center courses, through which I attained the Supervisory Development Certificate in 2005, which was presented to me by then-Governor Ruth Ann Minner.
