Manage the Guest Services Department and operation to ensure the highest level of company service standards are met. Ensure that all guest inquiries and comments are followed up on and resolved in a timely manner. Encourage and support office harmony, developing the full potential of the team by living the Carnival Values on a daily basis.
Meet regularly with AGSM and GSSs to be briefed on guest inquiries/issues and ensure resolution is correctly prioritized and completed in a timely manner
Diploma in Hospitality Management Studies - Food and Beverage Services
