My curiosity for understanding people and the world around me led me on a unique academic journey. I plunged into the depths of education psychology and policy analysis, learning how to tease out human stories through a human-centric approach and qualitative insights from mountains of cold, hard data.

In my professional journey, I started as an early childhood teacher and turned my teaching experience into that a product designer. Today, I continue my journey. Fueled by an insatiable desire to make a positive impact, I’m excited to leverage my unique experiences and skills to create meaningful solutions that resonate with users and bring business value.

Product Designer / KidsFirst (Startup - Provide service to manage co-parent matters through a Mobile app ) Apr 2023 – Present / Remote

® Researched co-parenting communication issues, defined the initial MVP, and customer value proposition of KidsFirst 1.0.3

® Worked in close with product manager and engineers to execute MVP and customer value proposition for KidsFirst 1.0􏰀

® Designed end-to-end solutions, created wireframes and prototypes, validated design decisions, and improved user experience through 2 rounds of user testing before the launch.

UX UI Internship / EcoFlow Technology Dec 2022 – Jun 2023 (6 months) / Bellevue, WA

® Spearheaded the research, design, and launch of the EcoFlow Leads Generation Webpage across the platform and increased B2B lead collection by 331%􏰀

® Took a part in designing and delivering EcoFlow's Costco Next website, formed a 30k customer base after launch in 30 days, and generated $800k+ in online sales􏰀

® Worked with the marketing team to design and deliver 60+ web banners and 20+ digital ads.
