Support the cultivation and engagement of donors and alumni by responding to requests for information and communicating with internal and external audiences via phone, email, and in person. Provide follow-up support for donor visits and coordinate donor gifts. Enhance major gift solicitation efforts by providing logistical and tracking support for solicitations and other projects. Process and acknowledge gifts, pledges, and pledge payments. DP
Create and analyze database reports as needed. Coordinate and implement mass mailings for events, solicitations, and stewardship. Provide support for phone/voicemail/email inquiries, donor and alumni pre and post-trip follow up, supply orders, invoices, scheduling, travel, and staff meeting agenda and minutes. Prepare campaign materials as needed, including scholarship profiles, fund summaries, and proposals. Advocate for CVMBS and its departments by describing and promoting the work and contributions of faculty, students, staff, alumni, and donors. Bachelors degree in Business Administration with Concentration in Computer Information Systems, certificate in Business Analytics (BANF). To be completed in May 2025
