Provided one-on-one therapeutic facilitation utilizing aromatherapy, structural integration, energetic healing, and Somatic Yoga. Worked with small groups for various courses I taught in healing, yoga, aromatherapy, and childbirth education. Addressed such issues as eating disorders, depression, infertility, childbirth trauma, and chronic pain disorders.
As an educator, taught over 10 different workshops in Aromatherapy, providing my own manuals, Hypnobabies Childbirth Education Classes to expectant couples, Transformation through your Relationship with Food class series, Ascension Resonance Therapy Apprenticeship program, a year-long small group apprentice energetic and belief healing modality. Provide business guidance to small and mid-sized companies wanting to achieve the next step in their businesses. Consulting includes hiring, training, creating job descriptions, efficiency, happiness of employees, team building, annual meetings, and creating manuals. I always begin my consulting with one-on-one interviews with all employees and leadership.
I empathetically listen and encourage each person to share what their role is in the company, where they would like to grow, ideas they have to improve the company, and their satisfaction levels. I often find that the true assets of employees are not being fully realized, and those same employees have the lowest satisfaction and highest turnover.

My responsibilities included account maintenance and growth. Remote/Outside sales with travel and trade shows. Working closely with manufacturers to meet their goals. Educating myself through numerous training opportunities on hundreds of ingredients, I had an emphasis on natural and organic products as that is where my values lie. I assisted with the training of new salespeople and improving efficiency and communication in our sales team.

My responsibilities included supporting small business owners and start-ups in developing marketing materials to support their business and communicate their niche.
Marketing materials included: websites, brochures, and business cards. Personalized coaching was included. I also developed training manuals and assisted on a support level with editing training manuals and as a teacher’s assistant in workshops.

Awarded Top Producer title based on the highest dollars sold nationwide. Responsible for sales representatives via joint sales calls. Designed easy-to-use surfactant cross-reference charts that were distributed nationwide. Created procedure manual for Customer Service Department. Created new distributor associations utilizing relationship building, promotions, and cooperative advertising campaigns. Worked in corporate, small business, and as a business consultant.
Top salesperson in Industrial Sales by dollar volume and trained new sales reps. Created cross-reference sheets for the sales and purchasing team on surfactants so that they knew what competitors were calling the same chemical.

Small start-up company. I was the first customer service representative that Chemtec had ever hired. I took the company from a Radio Shack Tandy to a computerized inventory system for invoicing and inventory.
When I started, all of the inventory was in pencil in notebooks! I hired and trained several employees and set up systems for better management of the order process. I did everything. Purchasing, customer service, collections, sent out samples, put together bags for the dinner dance, and within a couple of years, outside sales.
Created the first Chemtec brochure and Customer Service Manual.
