I am passionate about making an impact! My most sincere goal is to have a career that allows me to make a positive difference. I am looking for an internship or part-time job in Boulder that is linked to the study of biology. I am a nationally certified phlebotomist and have 6 months experience working in a lab environment. I am a vivacious learner and reader; constantly looking to expand my views and enrich my mind.

Prior to college, I worked in the food industry both as a server and as a grill cook. Once I graduated high school, I became a nationally certified phlebotomist and worked at Biolife Plasma Services for 8 months. At Biolife, I was able to experience working as part of a team in a clinical lab setting and gained valuable knowledge of aseptic technique and laboratory protocol.

I am a junior studying Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology. I have been exposed to research lab protocol through my studies and have experience with techniques such as, microscopy, PCR, and gel electrophoresis.
