I am an experienced customer service manager with more than 25 years' experience in the Restaurant and Sales industries. More recently I have been applying my skills towards expanding my experience by working as a custodial manager/super for a property management company.
2001-2010 I spent most of my career developing and honing my skills in the customer service/ management field, working for several companies such as Bob Evans Farms Restaurants, HOOTERS of America, Taco Bell-Yum Brands, McDonalds Corporation, and POC Restaurants.
2010- 2019 I worked as a Sales and Account Manager for several Automobile manufacturer brands such as Honda, Nissan, and General Motors, during that time I was able to hone my sales and customer service skills as well as achieve several sales goals including GM Award for Sales Excellence in 2018, with more than 150 vehicles sold during the fiscal year.
1999- I attended and graduated from Southeastern Academy of Central Florida with a certification in culinary arts and kitchen management.
2022- I graduated from Bergen Community College with an associate's degree in applied sciences/ hospitality management
