I am a Sales Executive specializing in digital sales/marketing on E-commerce channels. I also have experience in wholesale to brick-and-mortar stores. Over the last 6 years, I have been privileged with the chance to act as the Operations Manager for an Amazon Seller/Vendor account.

Overseeing all things PPC, Product/Brand Positioning, Product Development, Listing Setup/Maintenance, Order Processing, Inventory Management, etc. In short, I managed the entire account from start to finish. When I was handed the account, the account was in a bad spot.

Deteriorating 30-50% YoY in the period just after COVID. As a last effort before shifting company resources elsewhere, I was tasked with reviving the account. Within a seasonal category, halfway through the selling season, I wound up turning a -20% growth into +15% end of year report.

The following year, the channel became a million dollar revenue channel and maintained this position YoY to this day. More than the money, the company gained new understanding of a product line and brand that was on the chopping block to be removed from the company operations, and followed the same path I laid out on Amazon to some brick-and-mortar stores, Walmart.com, and HomeDepot.com. The items within essentially 12 months, became top competitors on some of the most competitive online marketplaces, against staple household brands in the lawn & garden category.

• Responsible for the growth of sales accounts and idea generation with the Chief Operating Officer.
• Act as a consultant for the company CEO for development of multiple brands across multiple channels. Responsibilities include logo design, brand mission, and product sourcing for multiple brands.
• Main E-Commerce accounts I manage include Amazon Vendor / Seller Central, Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond (Overstock). Some experience with Fulfillment by Amazon, Walmart Seller / Walmart Fulfillment Services, and Home Depot.
• Responsible for all things PPC. Goal setting, structuring campaigns, budgeting, and campaign refinements to ensure campaign goals are met.
• Responsible for keyword research in many products sub-categories and developing copy for products to have the utmost impact with both sorting algorithms and end consumers.
• I oversee the execution and fulfillment of replacement needs for customers post – purchase.
• Active Liaison between IT and E-commerce partners for EDI/API integration.

• Consultant for the Warehouse Manager to develop more efficient processes, which keep workflows steady, liabilities and inventory out of stock rates low.
