I have an extensive knowledge of web production and management, driving brand development, CMS, website updates and content creation, frontend and backend oversight, product and inventory management, merchandising, SEO/SEM, CRM, customer lifecycle strategy, customer data integration and segmentation, digital marketing, budget planning, revenue forecasting, and reporting and analytics. In addition to overseeing the daily operations of e-commerce teams, I have spearheaded successful marketing initiatives by implementing campaigns initiatives across email and other paid channels (paid social media, Google Ads, retargeting, and affiliate programs), analyzed website and ad performance, and created new initiatives for building online audiences and brand presence.
