I graduated from the University of Texas in 2022 with a BS in Biochemistry before becoming a Certified Medical Assistant with Baylor Scott and white. I have previous experience as a student manager and Research assistant while attending school. I am proficient with computer technology (specifically Microsoft Suite) and have experience using Python and R for biostatistical analysis.
I am experienced in both lab and clinical settings; however, I am highly adaptable and can make a positive impact in any position.
I have experience as a lab assistant (studying DNA repair mechanisms) and student manager (Kinsolving Dining Hall) while attending UT Austin. After graduation, I worked as a Certified Medical Assistant for Baylor, Scott, and White Health for 2 years where I assisted healthcare providers in caring for dozens of patients daily, including medication/vaccine administration, customer service/outreach, patient intake, phlebotomy, and record management. Also trained onboarding employees as a preceptor and managed over $20,000 worth of inventory.
I received a BS in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin, where I also received a pre-health certificate.
