Quality Supervisor – Medline Industries, Inc

• Handling high rejection and customer complaints and improving supplier quality
• Finding process/product risk and give actions to improve for key supplier's/ product's production process
• Conduct related audits such as: process audit, environment audit, package vigilance, etc
• Conduct pre-shipment inspection at vendors in the North and Central of Vietnam
• Support vendors to improve quality management system
• Provide reasonable suggestions for process and team improvement
